Best ford inventory anywhere. Dave Hines truly looks out for you. He is the sales manager. He knew what I was looking for and we got my son in a mustang GT and my wife in a New Fusion. They are more than fair. Also I have never been to the dealership when O C was not there. If you ever have an issue or a question, no matter how small it is he will take the time to find out what you need. The service department is excellent! They have the service in 2 flavors, quick lube and full service. If you just need an oil change and tires rotated, go to the quick lube, no appointment necessary. They do all the work as expected and get you in and out in no time. I have only had to use the warranty department once with my 2014 F150 and that was a radio speaker. Called on monday had it ordered and installed by wednesday.

I am very happy with the help that Jeff & Tracy. The sensor was not ordered, so I had to wait until they went out to get what was needed. From a short stay it ended up an hour half later before the car was fixed. Normally my service before was always good.

I’m very happy with this dealership. Reservation process for The Works was very easy on-line and dates were readily available. Once I got there the staff was friendly and very fast taking my truck in. The waiting room was clean and kid friendly for my 4 and 7 year olds… I brought stuff to keep them busy while we waited. Definitely recommend this dealership and will be back for service again!

When ever I'm thinking about getting another vehicle, I'm Going To OC Welch. The Sales People There Is Great. I went online, and seen a couple of cars I wanted to look at. It was a 2011 Explorer, and a 2013 Explorer. As the salesman and I was looking for the two cars, they became sold that fast. I was getting ready to leave, and Mr David said, let's look at the car I have. He said let me get the keys and test drive it. After I test drove it, it was a done deal. It took a while, but it was worth it. At the end of it all, I drove my 2016 Ford Explorer home. Thank You OC Welch.
